Lindsey Draper has spent over 30 years in advancing the legal field in Wisconsin. After having earned a law degree from Marquette University, he served in a number of capacities, including as a Milwaukee County Assistant District Attorney, an Assistant State Public Defender, and a Judicial Court Commissioner primarily with the Children’s Court. After retiring from Milwaukee County, Mr. Draper served as the Disproportionate Minority Contact Coordinator for the State of Wisconsin’s Office of Justice Assistance which was eventually taken over by the Department of Justice.

Dr. Karen R. Jackson has held senior executive positions in human resources management for a number of public schools, including the D.C. public school district and Milwaukee Public Schools. She has also served as a Cabinet-level appointee for former Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker with responsibility for overseeing the Division of Human Resources. Dr. Jackson has been involved with a variety of both national and local organizations. Even since retirement in 2015 with over forty years in education and related fields, she maintains a strong interest in working within education administration with intention of bettering education as a profession, encouraging people to pursue teaching as a career, as well as raising academic performance of students.
